Gator Grit 25 Count 9" x 11" 220 Grit Extra Fine General Purpose Sandpaper. The 220 grit extra fine sandpaper is a multi-purpose sandpaper allowing you to complete all your sanding needs on wood, metal, drywall, fiberglass, or painted surfaces. The multi-purpose sandpaper can be used on both hand and machine sanders. If using an orbital sander, the sandpaper can be cut into a 1/2 sheet, 1/3 sheet, or 1/4 sheet to fit the sander.
- Great for general purpose sanding on a wide variety of materials including wood, paint, metal, fiberglass, and plastic
- Extra fine grits are best for final surface sanding and preparation before applying paint and stain, and light scuff sanding between coats of paint and varnish
- Sheets can be cut-to-fit 1/2 sheet, 1/3 sheet, or ¼ sheet sanders
- Resin bonding locks the grain to the paper for longer sanding life
- Heavy duty paper backing is durable enough for both hand and power sanding
