Terms of Purchase

1. Transaction Currency Standard

The platform adopts a unified global transaction settlement standard, and all commodity pricing, order payment and refund settlement are based on USD as the only currency. All transaction links do not involve other currency settlement methods, which effectively simplifies the global shopping settlement process, avoids exchange rate conversion risks and complicated settlement procedures, and makes user transactions more standardized and transparent.

2. Order Delivery and Transportation

After the user completes the order payment, the platform will complete the commodity sorting, packaging and delivery work within 1 to 3 working days. We have a complete internal order processing mechanism to ensure that each valid order can be delivered in a timely manner. With the support of a global logistics system, the goods will arrive at the user's designated receiving address within 6 to 12 working days after delivery. The platform provides global free shipping services for all commodities, and users do not need to bear any freight costs.
All tariff expenses and other additional handling fees incurred during the cross-border transportation of commodities are fully borne by the platform. Users do not need to pay any extra fees in the whole transaction and receiving process, and all hidden costs of cross-border shopping are eliminated.

3. Return and After-sales Rules

In order to fully protect the legitimate consumption rights and interests of users, the platform provides a 60-day global return service. Users can initiate a return application through the platform within 60 days after receiving the goods. All return applications shall comply with the platform's return specifications, and the returned goods shall keep intact and meet the secondary sales standards.
After receiving and verifying the qualified returned goods, the platform will complete the refund processing within 5 to 10 working days. The refund amount will be settled in USD uniformly and returned to the user's original payment account in full. The whole refund process is transparent and standardized, without any hidden deduction and extra handling fees.

4. User Purchase Obligations

Users shall abide by the platform rules and relevant transaction specifications when purchasing commodities on the platform, and shall not use the platform to carry out illegal transactions, malicious orders, fraudulent returns and other abnormal behaviors. Users shall ensure the authenticity and accuracy of the registered information, receiving address and payment information provided by themselves, so as to avoid order processing failure, goods delivery error and other problems caused by incorrect information.
Users shall properly keep their platform account information and payment information, and all transaction behaviors generated under the user's account shall be deemed as independent behaviors of the user, and the user shall bear the corresponding responsibilities independently.

5. Platform Service Rights and Obligations

The platform shall abide by the principle of honest transaction, provide genuine and high-quality commodities for users, and strictly implement the service commitments of free shipping, tariff bearing, after-sales return and refund. The platform has the right to verify the user's order information and transaction behavior, and has the right to reject abnormal orders and malicious transaction behaviors that violate the platform rules.
The platform will maintain the normal operation of the transaction system, optimize the shopping process and service experience, and provide users with stable and efficient shopping transaction services. For the problems existing in the transaction process, the platform will actively respond and properly handle them to protect the legitimate rights and interests of users.

6. Transaction Specification Update

We reserve the right to adjust and optimize these Terms of Purchase according to the platform's operation upgrade and service iteration. The updated terms will be displayed on the platform page in real time, and the continued use of the platform's shopping services by users will be deemed as recognition and acceptance of the latest transaction terms.
